When to apply it:morning and/or evening, 1 to 3 times a week

1. Prepare your skin by cleansing it

2. Place the mask on your face

3. Sit comfortably on your sofa in front of a short series

4. After 15-25 minutes remove it, finish by tapping gently for good absorption of the essence
