Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 working days

• Europe: 5 to 10 working days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via our website or on the carrier's website.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service at commande@unnieandco.com with your order number. We will do our best to find a solution.

Products & Use

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and original, imported directly from South Korea from official Korean brands.

Each product contains a detailed description and usage tips. If you have any doubts, contact our customer service or check out our blog for guides tailored to your skin type.

Most of the Korean skincare brands we carry are cruelty-free and/or Vegan. Check the product sheet for more details.

Most treatments have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months after opening. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return a product if it is unused and in its original packaging. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part. we invite you to refer to our Return and Refund policy

Once the return is validated, the refund will be made to your initial payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
