THE Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner is a highly hydrating toner that thanks to the addition of AHA and LHA allows a slight exfoliation of the skin. The combination of Centella Asiatica extract and hyaluronic acid helps to soothe the skin and obtain the skin's hydration level . Niacinamide provides a brightening and anti-inflammatory effect and will ensure that sebum production is regulated.
